How to get access to the portal?
Click Sign Up on the top menu.
In the sign up page, enter the details such as first and last name, email, password that you would like to use for APIM portal sign in and captcha.
Follow the instructions from the email to verify your account.
If you are an administrator for the APIM instance, do the following.
Go to API Management service (APIM) instance and select Users under Developer portal from the left menu.
From the list of users, select the user requesting for access.
Verify that user is in Active status.
Under Subscriptions, click Add subscriptions.
Give a name and display name for the subscription, select Scope as “All APIs” and click Create.
The user is now set up to use the APIM dev portal.
